Now, the rules of the game are changing in Ukraine, according to which weapons and military equipment will be purchased for all agencies of the security and defense forces. There are 17 such customers. This should be defined by the Law on Defense Procurement, which should replace the existing Law on Public Defense Procurement. It does have some preferences for national producers, no matter what skeptics say. But there are also threats that can negate all the progressive ideas declared in that document

This is the basis, this is what the authorities need to rely on”, Olena Shevtsova said
“The president must make the army his ally. That is the a fundamental thing. Because in the current situation, it will be difficult for the President to negotiate, both internal and external without a conceptually strong ally”, Oleksii Hridin said at a round table on December 4
