Non-governmental security experts will find out critical risks for Ukraine and likely post-summit scenarios in the “Norman” format. They will also identify the weaknesses of Ukrainian authorities.

Experts will also share their opinions on the Ukrainian army’s response to the military threat.

Among other things, experts will talk about approaches to developing the country’s defense forces, enhancing defense capabilities and overcoming existing challenges in the field of digital army development in accordance with NATO standards.
